USE OF HOSE PIPES, BRICK MOULDING AND CONSTRUCTION USING TREATED WATER HAS BEEN SUSPENDED IN THE CITY.
WATER RATIONING SCHEME : PENALTIES
Numerous efforts to deter consumers from using the hose pipes and brick moulding have proven to be unsuccessful with scores of people still engaging in these activities. The penalties imposed do not seem to deter them from the use of water for these purposes. The penalties below are used to deter these offenders.
