When some say Bulawayo is sleeping and others spend most of their time winging, Paramount Garments is rebuilding the clothing factory commonly known as Archer Clothing and recently His Worship, the Mayor, Councillor Moyo, launched the “Employment Ladder” at their Bulawayo Factory. Now this is amazing and one would hope that others would follow suite. Bulawayo lives! Well done Paramount Garments!
