The city of Bulawayo will tomorrow host an interdenominational prayer for the city at the large city hall at 12;30pm. This comes at a time when the city of Bulawayo is experiencing low rainfall intensity and high temperatures. The prayer will be to seek divine intervention from above as churches from Bulawayo have been urged to attend this prayer.

The city ‘s water crisis continues to deepen, and less water has collected from the dams supplying the city with water. The city fathers have called on local churches to partner with Bulawayo city council and pray for the rains.

Senior Public relations officer Nesisa Mpofu urged everyone to come as the prayer is opened to everyone, ” Bulawayo city council will be hosting an Interdenominational prayer in Bulawayo on Thursday the 8th of December 2016, from 12;30pm to 14;00hrs, this will be a thanksgiving and a prayer for the rains for the city of Bulawayo” said Mpofu.
